Q:  Is there a minimum age to participate?
A: We recommend guests be at least 10 years old for the axe throwing experience. We also offer esports and video gaming stations for guests of all ages! Any axe throwing participant under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can also sign their liability form.

Q:  Is it safe?
A: It is! Axe throwing, despite its name, is a very safe activity and our experience is designed to provide a comfortable environment for guests to both learn and enjoy themselves. An experienced axe guide helps each guest prepare for their throws.

Q:  When should I show up?
A: We ask that guests show up 15min before their scheduled or planned experience, to allow for check-in, wavier signing, and safety training.

Q:  Are there footwear restrictions?
A: Yes. All guests must wear closed-toe shoes (ideally sneakers or boots) for safety reasons. If you arrive without the proper footwear, we do offer inexpensive shoe rentals that come with free socks.

Q:  Do I need a reservation?
A: We always recommend securing your space via an online reservation using our ticketing system, but we will always allow for walk-ins. Please understand that you may experience a wait time if you walk-in without a reservation during peak hours.

Q:  What if we arrive late for our scheduled reservation?
A: Our staff will make every effort to accommodate your reservation as best as possible, though if you are exceedingly late, there may been a reservation for your late that arrives before you do. The onsite staff will do what they can to ensure everyone gets to enjoy their experience.

Q: Is there food?
A: We offer snacks and soft drinks for purchase onsite.
